The Charleston AFB honor guard is an all-volunteer elite group of volunteers from various stations on the base. The team trains for a variety of ceremonies including Honor cordons, retirements, and changes-of-command. In addition to providing color guard support for over 250 ceremonies each year, the team also performs military honors for active-duty, retirees and veteran funerals. The honor guard members care about the people of Team Charleston and are a shining example of the best of team Charleston.
