Charleston AFB picnic grounds has 2 pavilions that seat 150 people each. Reservations must be The Outdoor Recreation Center is part of the SC Services Project Green. If each group takes care of their own trash we can all play a role in South Carolina's fight to reduce solid waste. The Picnic Grounds will look just as good for the last group of the day as it did for the first group. When you pack your picnic, pack a trash bag with it.
