The staff at the CDC is trained to administer medication, however, only medication that is prescribed by a physician is allowed.
If your child needs medication, parents must provide a written request AF1055 (Youth Flight Medication Permission Form) to the CDC.
Forms must be filled out in its entirety and initialed daily for permission to administer. Only prescriptions requiring 3 or more doses daily will be administered. This does not apply to diaper creams, topical lotions or sunscreens. Please ask desk clerk for more details.
Over the counter medication such as Tylenol, cough syrups, aspirins, etc., may not be administered.
