meal timeAll meals at the Child Development Center are prepared by the cook and are planned and prepared to meet USDA guidelines for quality and quantity.

Menus provide a healthy, balanced diet that appeal to a child’s palate. After careful planning and review, the menus are approved by a licensed dietician.

Many ethnic foods are introduced to broaden children’s understanding of the world. Meals are served family-style-dining, with children assisting in table set-up and clean-up.
